DESCRIPTION

WHEEL SPACER KIT - ALL BALLS 11-1027

  • All Balls Wheel Spacer kit: Extends bearing life!
  • Material: Precision machined from zinc-plated hardened steel.
  • Construction: Hard black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum.
  • Long Life: Lightweight black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum body with a zinc-plated, hardened steel shell for enhanced durability.
  • Competitive Advantage: Gives your off-road bike the edge over the competition.

OE Spacer Issues:

  • OE spacers typically wear out within a year of hard riding.
  • OE wheel spacers should be checked and replaced as needed with every bearing service.
  • Water and dirt act as a grinding compound between the seal face and spacer surface, which can lead to sealing surface damage and bearing contamination.

All Balls Solution:

  • Aluminum spacers feature a hardened steel shell pressed over the aluminum for a superior wear surface.
  • Manufactured using 52100 bearing steel that is through-hardened, precision ground, and plated for longevity.
  • Problem with OEM Spacers: Water and dirt grind between wheel bearing seals and soft OEM aluminum spacers, creating grooves and allowing bearing contamination.
  • Recommendation: Upgrade to All Balls Racing wheel spacers when replacing damaged wheel bearings or before issues arise.

Front Wheel Fitment:

Kawasaki Models:

  • KX125 (1993-1998)
  • KX250 (1993-1998)
  • KX500 (1994-2004)
