FACTORY IMAGE RACING Ignition Covers are precision CNC machined from a solid billet of high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium. This advanced manufacturing process allows for the creation of thin, lightweight sections while simultaneously increasing the overall strength and durability of the covers.

Our ignition covers are designed to withstand the rigors of off-road riding, offering superior protection against damage from stones, rocks, footrests, and gear pedals that can potentially puncture a standard cover and lead to a Did Not Finish (DNF) scenario.

In addition to their exceptional strength, our ignition covers are finished with an extra tough dark black Anodized surface treatment. This treatment significantly enhances wear resistance against the abrasive forces of boots and grit, ensuring a long-lasting and stylish appearance.
