ORO2U Dropshipping Terms & Conditions

 

These Dropshipping Terms & Conditions apply to all authorised trade customers using the ORO2U dropshipping service. They are to be read in conjunction with our standard Terms and Conditions, and by using the dropshipping feature, you agree to abide by both.

In the event of any conflict between these and the standard Terms and Conditions, the terms outlined in this dropshipping section will take precedence for dropshipping-related matters.

  1. Eligibility and Access

    1. The dropshipping feature is available exclusively to approved ORO2U trade customers. General consumers do not have access to our website or services.
    2. No minimum order value is required for dropshipping orders.
  2. Packaging and Branding

    1. All dropshipped orders are packed with standard ORO2U labels and packaging materials.
    2. Each parcel includes a neutral packing list with no reference to ORO2U. This list contains only the order contents and order number.
    3. Invoices are not included in the parcel and are emailed separately to the dealer after dispatch.
    4. Shipping labels will show ORO2U as the sender and may include our warehouse address. This is system-generated and cannot be modified.
  3. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

    1. Each dropshipping order must be placed individually. One order = one delivery address.
    2. ORO2U dispatches orders directly to the dealer’s customer on the dealer's behalf.
    3. Dealers may enter their customer's email and mobile number at checkout to enable shipping notifications. If provided, the carrier will notify the customer that a parcel is being delivered from ORO2U. This cannot be suppressed. If privacy is preferred, dealers should enter their own contact details instead.
    4. A non-refundable flat fee of £5.00 + VAT applies per dropshipping order. This is in addition to standard delivery charges. Dropshipping orders do not qualify for free or discounted shipping offers.
  4. Returns & Faults

    1. All return and warranty requests must be submitted by the dealer only using our official "Order Issues and Returns" form.
    2. We do not accept returns, enquiries, or complaints from end customers directly.
    3. Dealers are solely responsible for handling return logistics with their end customers.
    4. Our standard returns policy applies to all dropshipping orders, including:No returns on used or fitted parts
    5. No returns on electrical goods or jets (unless a verified manufacturing fault exists)
    6. Items returned without original packaging may incur a repacking fee
    7. Items returned after 28 days may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
    8. ORO2U will not offer reimbursement or replacement for any products that were sourced elsewhere by the dealer while waiting on a fault resolution.
    9. The flat fee of £5.00 + VAT is non-refundable (unless a verified fault exists)
  5. Product Listings and Data Usage

    1. Dealers may use ORO2U product descriptions, images, and OEM fitment references for marketing purposes, including on third-party platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
    2. Dealers are responsible for how they present and market ORO2U products to their customers.
  6. Pricing & Payment

    1. All dropshipping orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
    2. Trade pricing applies to all orders, with no additional discounts for using dropshipping.
    3. Dropshipping orders are exempt from the standard £30+VAT minimum order requirement.
  7. Liability & Compliance

    1. Dealers are solely liable for any issues, disputes, or legal obligations that arise between them and their end customers.
    2. Dealers are responsible for compliance with all relevant consumer protection and e-commerce regulations in their country or region.
    3. ORO2U is not responsible for customer service, delivery complaints, or warranty claims made directly by the end-user.
  8. Delivery Issues and Claims

    1. ORO2U will assist with all courier-related delivery issues to the best of our ability. However, the following conditions apply:In the event of missing, delayed, or damaged parcels, no refunds or replacements will be issued until a formal resolution is provided by the courier.
    2. ORO2U will initiate and manage the claim process with the courier, but if the claim is denied, no refund or replacement will be offered.
    3. Dealers are welcome to reorder the missing items at standard trade pricing if needed urgently.
    4. Refunds will only be issued if: The missing goods are returned to us, or The courier claim is successful, and compensation is received.
