CLUTCH KIT 2007-2011 KTM SXF 450 DRC184

This dirt racer clutch set from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Features

• Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings for smooth clutch take-up and controlled modulation
• Steel separator plates included to help reduce premature driven plate wear and loss of stack height
• Swaged aluminium carriers to spread load on the clutch basket and help reduce basket “dogging”
• Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15% to maintain clamping force
• Not for use with fully synthetic oil
• Friction plates should be pre-soaked in drive-case oil before installation
