Off Road Only (Mail Order) We have been supplying off road parts now for over 25 years and know how important it is to make sure that you get the parts you need as quickly as possible. Our goal is keep you as a customer and to do this we know we have to offer you a second to none service. ORO SALES TEAM The ORO Sales Team consists of 5 full-time tele sales staff, using fully computerised stock data to give you accurate stock prices and availabilty. The sales team are Simon, Keith, Steve, Gareth and Ady. PACKING ROOM In the packing department we have 4 team members, who try to ensure that all orders placed by 3.00pm get despatched on the same day. All orders are double checked by different staff, to minimise any errors. STOCK ROOM With over 22,000 items in our catalogue, we have 15,000 bin locations. We hold stock quantities of a 1000 pieces on some of the fast moving products. In the stores we have 2 full time Pickers who endeavour to ensure that all orders are picked within one hour of you placing it. We also have 2 storemen, who have to input and locate all the stock coming in.
