The classic decompressor is the best way to get all of your engine to work for you. When you pull in a decompressor it gives you engine braking, very handy down long slippery banks. Used on both 2 Strokes and 4 Strokes to make starting easier. A 14mm plug hole is required, but not if already fitted, most engineering shops are capable of drilling and tapping an extra hole.
Thread size is M14 x 1mm pitch, same as a sparkplug.
